About SAIP CONTITECH – CONTITECH is the SAIP solution for the industrial production of insulation panels with “continuously developing” technology. The CONTITECH production lines are completely designed and built by SAIP, made up of a series of machines and equipment sub-divided into groups for the production process. Although inserted in the line, each one of these machines maintains its own autonomy that allows for the regulation and measuring of any single machine and the entire system. Each system, group, machine and equipment are engineered and produced to satisfy the customer’ needs, from the used raw materials to the chosen finishing, from process productivity to product quality, and beyond. The SAIP CONTITECH technology includes systems for the manufacturing of panels with steel sheeting, paper and aluminum external surfaces, using polyurethane foams or mineral wool.
